Stringently tested for ultra-violet and weather degradation, Hüper Optik® Ceramic films come with a scratch-resistant hard coat that conforms to the internationally recognised ECE 43 abrasion test. Hüper Optik nano-ceramic films also come with a product warranty against blistering, bubbling, cracking, delaminating, fading, demetallising, discolouring or peeling.
Ceramic Series come with a warranty of 10 years, Klar Series with a warranty of 5 years, Klassich Series with a warranty of 5 years, Reflektor Series with a warranty of 5 years and Safety & Security Series with a warranty of 5 years.
This limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the product.
LIMITATIONS:
The warranty set forth above is LIMITED and does not cover:

Failure of the product for reasons other than the above said parameters

Damage to the substrate or glass caused by the product
»
Damage to the Hüper Optik® products by the substrate or glass.

Damage to the Hüper Optik® products due to mishandling.
»
Labour costs associated with replacing the defective product.
»
Misuse of the product or any use other than the prescribed uses set forth in the application instructions, including but not limited to the application of any other sun control film or any other film or applicant over the Hüper Optik® product
»
Artificial peeling of the Hüper Optik® film due to rubbing, manual forces or objects rubbing against the products at the edges or at any surfaces.
»
Bubbling formations due to excessive heating due to any heat source in any form other than sun light.
IN NO EVENT WILL PADMININANO PRODUCTS BECOME LIABLE FOR DAMAGES TO SUBSTRATE, GLASS MATERIAL, INJURIES TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, DEATH OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, LOST PROFITS, ECONOMIC LOSS, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. PADMININANO PRODUCTS’ SOLE OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
